Innovation Fasteners is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high performance precision fasteners and machined components. We manufacture parts used in energy, oil and gas upstream and downstream, and defense.

We are seeking a skilled CNC operator with 3+ years of lathe/CNC experience to perform setups, edit Fanuc programs, and ensure parts meet blue print tolerances in a challenging, production‑driven environment.

• Should have experience with G Code/ Fanuc.
• Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to meeting quality and integrity standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform setups and adjust offsets as needed.
• Operate CNC Machines with fanuc controls.
• Meet quality standards and blue print tolerances.
• Perform program editing (speed, feed tools, etc.) Fanuc 18i control.
• Examine finished work pieces and verifies conformance to quality standards
• Accurately completes work order paperwork/documentation.
• Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections as required

Essential Job Functions

Education and Experience

• 3+ years prior CNC or machinist experience required for senior level operator

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work in noisy environments
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times multiple times a day during shift.
