Innovation Fasteners, a leading manufacturer in Houston, TX, is seeking a skilled CNC machinist. You will set up and run CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, edit programs, and ensure parts meet blueprint tolerances. The role requires 3+ years of experience and a strong commitment to quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform setups and adjust offsets to meet production targets.
• Operate CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
• Meet quality standards and blueprint tolerances.
• Perform program editing (speed, feed, tools) as needed.
• Examine finished parts and verify conformance to specs.
• Complete work orders and paperwork accurately.
• Carry out routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform setups and adjust offsets as needed.
• Willingness and ability to plan and meet performance and production expectations
• Operating CNC Machines with fanuc controls.
• Meet quality standards and blue print tolerances.
• Perform program editing (speed, feed tools, etc.) Fanuc 18i control.
• Examine finished work pieces and verifies conformance to quality standards
• Accurately completes work order paperwork/documentation.
• Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Should have experience with G Code/ Fanuc.
• Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to meeting quality and integrity standards.
• Driven to solve problems and help others.

Education and Experience

• 3+ years prior CNC or machinist experience required for senior level operator
