Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-powered interviewing systems.
• Contribute across frontend (React) and backend services.
• Integrate modern AI technologies (GPT-4o and similar) into production environments.
• Improve interview automation, scheduling, and candidate experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship products end-to-end.
• Support large-scale hiring infrastructure handling high volumes of interviews.

Location: Fully Remote (USA – ET or PT working hours)

Role Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-powered interviewing systems


• Contribute across frontend (React) and backend services


• Integrate modern AI technologies (GPT-4o and similar) into production environments


• Improve interview automation, scheduling, and candidate experiences


• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and AI/ML teams to ship products end-to-end from ideation through launch


• Support large-scale hiring infrastructure handling high volumes of interviews annually
