Responsibilities

• Construct cloud-based pipelines for genomic and biostatistical analyses.
• Process and quality-control next-generation sequencing and multi-omics data.
• Perform genotype-phenotype association analyses and provide visual summaries.
• Lead manuscript preparation and project-team reporting.
• Present findings in project meetings.
