Job summary

Mass General Brigham invites applications for a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in the Center for Genomic Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. The fellow will work under senior mentors to analyze large-scale EHR-based biobanks and longitudinal cohorts, focusing on life-course epidemiology, multi-omics, and women's and children's health.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in epidemiology, biostatistics, computational biology, or a related field, strong programming skills (R, Python, or SAS), and

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in epidemiology, biostatistics, computational biology, or related field completed by start date.
• Experience with population-based research using phenotypic and/or multi-omics data from EHR or biobanks.
• First (or co-first) author of peer-reviewed publications or conference presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects using large-scale EHR-based biobanks and longitudinal cohorts.
• Characterize risk of chronic diseases among women with adverse pregnancy outcomes.
• Elucidate mechanisms linking pregnancy outcomes to later disease via multi-omics approaches.
