analyze genomic, proteomic, and assay data—including circulating tumor DNA, RNA/DNA sequencing, and immunohistochemistry to validate biomarkers; collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and partners; support biomarker-driven trial design and regulatory documents; interpret data to elucidate mechanisms of action and patient selection strategies.
MS or Ph.D. in bioinformatics, biology, or data science; at least 2 years of biotech/pharma experience in oncology-focused bioinformatics; proficiency in R and/or Python; solid understanding of statistical models, clinical outcome data, and cancer genomics tools (e.g., GATK, Salmon, VEP); experience with survival analysis, causal inference, and visualization techniques.
familiarity with large genomic datasets (GDC, TCGA), software development practices, cloud computing, and additional cancer genomics tools.
