Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a computational clinical scientist to analyze and interpret molecular and clinical data within Translational Medicine. You will integrate data from ctDNA, RNA sequencing, and other assays to identify biomarkers for candidate oncology drugs.

The role collaborates with biomarker scientists and cross-functional teams to support trial design, protocol development, and regulatory documents. A strong background in bioinformatics and cancer genomics is essential.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in bioinformatics, biology, data science or related field.
• 2+ years of pharma/biotech experience in bioinformatics focused on oncology.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python.
• Experience with survival analysis and causal inference.
• Experience with cancer genomics data types (RNA, WES, ctDNA) and tools.

Responsibilities

• Integrate multiple data sources including ctDNA, enrollment data, molecular profiling to identify biomarkers.
• Collaborate with internal groups, CROs and collaborators to deliver biomarker data and analysis.
• Support biomarker aspects of trial design, including study protocols and regulatory documents.
• Analyze biomarker readouts with summary statistics and visualization across molecular subgroups.
• Design and interpret experiments with preclinical bioinformaticians to validate biomarkers and mechanisms.
