Job summary

Lilly is seeking a highly skilled computational biologist to lead analyses of spatial and single‑cell omics datasets in the CardioMetabolic Research data science team. Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in computational biology or related field with multi-omics focus.
  • 2+ years of post-doctoral or biotech/biopharma industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end analyses of multimodal omics data.
  • Build scalable pipelines to preprocess, QC, harmonize and integrate datasets.
  • Develop predictive models to score targets and distinguish causality from association.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate results into target discovery decisions.
