Job summary

MyOme is seeking a driven Scientist, Computational Biology to join our early-stage research team in the United States. You will leverage large-scale public biobanks to evaluate multi-omic disease risk prediction, spanning observational epidemiology, high-throughput omics, and statistical modeling.

You will work with UK Biobank, All of Us, and multiple omics modalities to discover signatures identifying individuals at risk before clinical onset, collaborating across computational, assay,

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s with significant quantitative research experience in biomedicine.
• Proven experience querying multi-modal biobank data, especially UK Biobank or All of Us.
• Experience analyzing at least two omics types (proteomics, metabolomics, methylation, transcriptomics).
• Strong observational study design, confounding control, and time-to-event methods.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R; experience with cloud-based pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Mine large-scale biobank data and evaluate multi-omic panels for predictive value.
• Develop and apply survival analysis and Cox models to phenotype associations.
• Build and validate predictive models integrating clinical risk factors and omics.
• Collaborate with assay, regulatory, and product teams to translate findings.
