Qualifications

  • PhD in Computational Biology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or closely related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing AI/ML-based computational frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or comparable environments.
  • Solid foundation in cell biology and genomics.
  • Ability to independently design rigorous computational frameworks and drive projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead computational analysis of multiplexed imaging and spatial omics datasets.
  • Develop AI/ML approaches to extract interpretable principles from data.
  • Build models predicting molecular states from imaging and multimodal data.
  • Collaborate with experimental scientists to plan studies and benchmarks.
  • Develop robust, scalable analysis pipelines and software.
  • Contribute to design/evaluation of synthetic receptors and other components.
