Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to repair and service air compressors and rotating equipment. You will work hands-on with industry-leading systems, troubleshoot on-site, monitor sites remotely as needed, and support customers with reliable, safe service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service is preferred.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits.
• Valid driver''s license; able to pass drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
• Coachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to any issues.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
• Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training.
• Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
