Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors and related equipment. You will diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to upgrades and preventive maintenance while maintaining reports and compliance.

The role includes a company-provided vehicle, access to Air Academy and supplier training, and clear advancement opportunities as many service managers started as technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience servicing rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressors is required.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods; physical fitness is required.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify and sell repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance.
• Keep the service vehicle stocked with tools and parts.
• Respond to urgent calls to minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build customer relationships.
