Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking technicians to service and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment. You will diagnose issues and develop actionable recommendations to improve reliability and efficiency.

Collaboration with sales and operations to identify service growth opportunities, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining safety standards. Strong technical skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
Provide failure analysis and actionable reliability improvements.
Collaborate with sales and operations to grow service opportunities.
Recommend repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to customers.
Complete accurate service reports with parts used and recommendations.
Keep service vehicle stocked for efficient, compliant service methods.
Represent OTC Industrial Technologies professionally to build trust with customers.
Diagnose complex issues using advanced mechanical and technical skills.
