Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to service and repair air compressors, pumps, and gearboxes while building expertise through our Air Academy and supplier training. You’ll monitor sites, address issues, and help keep equipment reliable and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service preferred.
• Strong communication and a proactive, organized work style are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to issues.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
• Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training.
• Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
