Job summary

The Conrad Company, based in Westminster, MD, is seeking a Service/Sales Coordinator to support the Compressor Maintenance Company (CMC) facility. You will coordinate technicians, manage ERP orders, and handle customer communications for complex compressed air systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field service support, strong phone and written communication, and proficiency with Acumatica/ERP systems.

Qualifications

5+ years in field service support, preferably compressor maintenance or industrial service.
Proficient in phone communication to clarify requirements and resolve challenges with techs and customers.
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn service work, suppliers, and products.
Experience entering and managing orders for parts/components in an ERP system (Acumatica preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Excellent written and oral communication; highly outgoing and assertive.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technicians for service jobs and site visits, assign staff, and ensure material readiness.
Enter replacement parts and generate BOMs and supplier POs in the ERP system; manage quotes and revisions.
Communicate with customers and suppliers to address post-shipment issues and delivery details.
Maintain equipment/customer data in the ERP system and organize checklists for compliance.
