The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Compounding Process Coordinator to support the Compounding Supervisor in coordinating staff and resources, and to mix batches in a GMP-compliant environment.
In this role you will guide compounders on the production schedule, operate processing equipment, complete paperwork, and help drive improvements while upholding safety and quality standards.

The Compounding Process Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Compounding Supervisor in coordinating the activities of compounding staff and resources, completing paperwork and reporting, as well as mixing any batch type independently. They are responsible for giving direction to compounders to execute the production schedule in a manner consistent with the manufacturing department's goals and objectives, adhering to workplace GMP and safety policies and procedures.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26.00 to $34.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
