Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a Work Center Line Lead to supervise the Fill & Assembly production line, drive efficient runs, manage changeovers, ensure quality compliance, and uphold safety standards.

You will coordinate line activities, lead production teams, monitor performance and inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet manufacturing goals. Prior manufacturing experience and leadership are preferred.

Work Center Line Lead

The Work Center Line Lead supports the Fill & Assembly leadership team by overseeing production line operations and ensuring efficient production runs, changeovers, quality compliance, and safety standards. This role is responsible for coordinating line activities, leading production teams, monitoring efficiency, reviewing production documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.

Experience

• 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a Process Setup Attendant or Quality Auditor preferred.
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 to $29.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
