Job summary

Banner Pharmacy Services in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our state-of-the-art facility. You will assist pharmacists, prepare compounded and IV medications, including TPN, and help manage inventory and documentation in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an active Pharmacy Technician licensure (or intern licensure) in Arizona and 1–2 years of related experience. Work hours are 8AM–7PM, four 10-hour shifts, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Requires Pharmacy Technician licensure and active Pharmacy Technician certification OR Pharmacy Intern licensure in the state of practice.
• One to two years of relative experience.
• Good organizational, problem solving and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in dispensing and preparation of medications under supervision.
• Assists in preparing compounded and intravenous medications, including total parenteral nutrition (TPN).
• Maintains inventory and supports quality control and documentation processes.
• Coordinates with pharmacists and staff to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
