Qualifications

• Licensed or registered (if required by state)

Responsibilities

• Prescription Compounding, Preparation, & Processing: assist pharmacist with preparation and dispensing of medications in accordance with policies and state regulations.
• Site & Supplies/Equipment Maintenance: ensure surfaces and laminar flow hoods are cleaned and sanitized; calibrate equipment; maintain logs.
• Training & Mentoring: train and mentor Compounding Technician I's.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities.
