Option Care Health, the nation’s largest home infusion provider, seeks a Compounding Technician I to support pharmacist-led operations in a clean room, roughly half the time, to ensure safe and accurate compounding.

Under a licensed Pharmacist, you’ll prepare medications, perform basic calculations, label and package, and help with incident reporting while complying with state regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Must be licensed or registered (if required by the state).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with preparation and dispensing of medications per policy and state standards.
• Prepare medications so they are accurately compounded.
• Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations for correct dosages.
• Label and package medications accurately.
• Participate in assessing, managing, and reporting medication incidents.
