Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to work under a licensed pharmacist. You will compound medications in a clean room, assist with dispensing, and ensure accuracy and safety in medication preparation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience, and any state licensure as required. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Perform basic-to-intermediate mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with preparation and dispensing of medications per state regulations and policies.
• Prepare medications for accurate compounding and labeling.
• Maintain accurate records and logs, including temperature and cleaning logs.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and sanitation of laminar flow hoods and surfaces.
• Support incident reporting related to medication safety.
