Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies in accordance with policies and state standards.
• Prepares medications so they are accurately compounded.
• Performs basic pharmaceutical calculations to obtain correct dosages.
• Accurately labels and packages medications.
• Participates in reporting medication-related incidents.
• Ensures pharmacy surfaces and laminar flow hoods are cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintains temperature and cleaning logs.
