Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medications per policy and state standards.
• Prepare medications accurately for compounding.
• Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations to obtain correct dosages.
• Label and package medications accurately.
• Contribute to medication incident reporting and safety.
• Maintain pharmacy surfaces and laminar flow hoods cleaned and sanitized.
• Record and maintain temperature and cleaning logs.
