Job summary

Candidates must hold a Pharmacy degree, an active AZ license, and have 2+ years of pharmacist experience with non-sterile compounding.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
- Non-sterile compounding experience.
- Knowledge of USP <795>, <800>, and pharmacy regulations.
- Strong math skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel
- Perform and document compounding and quality checks
- Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products
- Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel
- Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements
- Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews
- Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters
