Biomerics is seeking a Production/Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day compounding activities and drive process improvements. You will supervise operators, ensure adherence to ISO 13485 and 9001 standards, and work with QA, Eng, and Maintenance to resolve issues. Strong leadership and documentation skills are required.

The role emphasizes production scheduling, training, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a clean workspace and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or science discipline preferred.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 55+ lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve department issues as they arise.
• Manage production lines, scale ups, and scheduling.
• Develop and enforce Quality procedures and SOPs.
• Train operators and ensure WI adherence.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Interact with customers on development and production needs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and record-keeping.
