Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp in Coppell, Texas, is seeking a Compounding Manager for 2nd shift to lead the 1st and 2nd floor compounding operations, ensuring on-time, high-quality batches and a safe, compliant workplace. You will manage supervisors and staff, implement lean initiatives, coordinate with QA and Production, maintain SOPs, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring the team.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in CPG manufacturing, strong production management

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in the CPG manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of production management.
Experience leading compounding/manufacturing teams.
Ability to learn In‑Processing Compounding Form and use viscosity/pH meters.

Responsibilities

Oversee all Compounding Department (1st & 2nd floor) employees including the Supervisor, Compounders, Lead Compounders, and Sanitizers.
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, discipline, and evaluate Compounding personnel.
Report any safety issues to the Program Director and Safety Committee.
Ensure EHS, GMP, and SOP training and compliance through sessions and daily meetings.
Maintain safety and sanitation through audits.
Collaborate with QA to investigate batch errors and implement corrective actions.
Plan schedules with Production and Scheduling to meet the production plan.
Maintain and update SOPs/Work Instructions for the Compounding department.
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and cost-saving measures.
