Job summary

Rippling, Inc. is seeking a Compounder II to manufacture bulk product batches (emulsions, reverse emulsions, scrubs, washes) in compliance with master formulas and current GMP for OTC and cosmetic products.

The role includes training new staff, validating weights, and maintaining batch records. Responsibilities include operating permitted processing equipment, completing required training, verifying materials, and escalating any out-of-spec results.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• 2 years batch blending experience.
• Qualified against the Compounder II competency matrix.
• Ability to read, interpret and execute a written process instruction in English.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture product batches per approved master formula and process instruction.
• Assist with training of new and temporary employees, acting as second-person verifier for weights and measurements.
• Operate processing equipment within qualification scope.
• Complete and maintain required training (cGMP, SOP, safety).
• Verify material identity, lot numbers and expiry; perform second-person verification.
• Record batch, cleaning and equipment data accurately and in real time.
• Perform in-process checks and escalate out-of-spec results.
• Reconcile yields with supervisor and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain line clearance and proper labeling of equipment.
