Job summary

Qualifications

• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and read a tape measure.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with cross-functional teams.
• Color differentiation to inspect finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and mix raw materials per formulations and instructions.
• Check materials visually for contamination and consistency.
• Operate mixer and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure changeovers are clean.
• Report problems to supervision and participate in solutions.
• Adhere to all safety rules and wear PPE as required.
