Job summary

City of McAllen, TX is seeking a dependable maintenance worker to perform janitorial, grounds-keeping, and maintenance tasks across city facilities. You will be responsible for cleaning, landscaping, and basic repairs on equipment, furniture and fixtures, supporting the daily operations of parks, buildings and public spaces.

Physical stamina and reliability are essential, with teamwork a key asset. Experience in custodial or grounds work is a plus; training provided.

• Maintain and repair equipment, furniture and fixtures as needed.
