Atlas Staffing, Inc. is hiring a Composite Welding Technician for a growing aerospace manufacturing company in Post Falls, Idaho. This role focuses on joining composite materials using soldering irons and approved heat joining processes to create precise seams.

You will read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings, inspect seams for dimensional accuracy, and maintain production records using basic computer systems. Training is on days, then moves to a regular swing shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and drawings.
• Basic computer skills for production data entry and digital work orders.
• Comfort with high heat tools and equipment.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Operate soldering irons and approved tools to join composite seams.
• Perform heat welding and joining of composite materials using approved processes.
• Read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Inspect components for dimensional accuracy and seam quality.
• Verify work meets specifications and quality standards.
• Enter production information and review digital work orders.
• Clean and maintain tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Produce detailed, consistent work meeting craftsmanship and production expectations.
