Job summary

Atlas Staffing is seeking a full-time Welder in Post Falls to join a manufacturing team building heavy-duty equipment and vehicles. You will fabricate structural assemblies, weld in multiple positions, and follow products through to completion.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of welding experience (3+ years preferred) and is proficient in blueprint reading, with the ability to maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced environment. Shift: Mon-Thu 5:00 AM–3:30 PM; Wage: $23.00–$28.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Welding experience required, 2+ years (3+ preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld layouts.
• Maintain quality in a high-output environment.
• Comfortable working in varied positions and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate structural assemblies from blueprints and specs.
• Weld in multiple positions using MIG and related techniques.
• Inspect weld size, spacing, and quality against standards.
• Clean slag, spatter, tack welds, and bracing.
• Prepare and clean parts prior to welding.
