Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience with metal bonding, sheet metal, or related work preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and process data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using hand tools and precision measuring equipment with safety.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, repair, and overhaul composite panels per approved data.
• Maintain production labor hours within allowed time.
• Promote safety in daily tasks and with peers.
• Prioritize workloads to meet customer demand.
• Support new product development including destructive tests and first articles.
• Maintain shop equipment and tooling.
