Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some form of Technical/Professional/Vocational Training in the Composites field (apprenticeship, institutional training, etc.).
• Three (3)+ years of hands-on experience with Aerospace or Equivalent Composites (Shipyard, Supplier, Etc.).
• One (1)+ years of experience in Aerospace (preferred but not required).
• Proficient in English Language (Ability to read, write and effectively communicate).

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret Blueprint/drawings types.
• Perform composite repairs (as directed) related to molds, wet and prepreg layup, re-work/repair of existing structures.
• Self-Inspect Parts and Components where applicable.
• Use measuring devices/tools to ensure adherence to documentation.
• Maintain accurate recording of completed work and work-in-progress.
