Commercial Jet Services is seeking an Aircraft Composite Technician to perform advanced composite repairs on airframes in a production setting. Under supervision, you will execute lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave, trimming and repair tasks to meet specifications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of aircraft-related composite repair experience, owns the required tooling, and can read blueprints and operation sheets accurately while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required; FAA Airframe License preferred.
• 5+ years of aircraft-related composite repair experience on current airframes.
• Must own tools and be proficient in English (oral and written).

Aufgaben

• Perform composite lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave, trimming, and repair tasks in a production environment.
• Manufacture composite aircraft parts to meet specifications in a team setting.
• Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches and operation sheets to sequence operations.
• Maintain logs and records and ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection.
• Adhere to FARs, prescribed data, and safety protocols; document work accurately.
• Ensure proper time and material recording on task cards and reports.
• Operate in accordance with CJ procedures and policies and work both independently and with others.
