Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in composites or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing/assembly environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of composite lay-up, curing, trimming, inspection and quality control is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of composite technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Plan production schedules, review drawings and manufacturing instructions, and coordinate with engineers.
• Oversee fabrication processes, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment.
• Monitor inventory and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare production reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
