Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is seeking a Lead Composite Layup Technician to fabricate composite parts per engineering drawings and ply books, while leading technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, ply books, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Able to work in controlled environments with PPE.Requirements include PPE.
• Experience in composite layup or aerospace manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand layup of composite materials per job requirements.
• Cut, kit, and stage materials.
• Follow ply books, travelers, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Ensure proper fiber orientation and part configuration.
• Apply resins, adhesives, and bonding films as required.
• Maintain safety and quality documentation.
• Provide input on performance and mentor technicians.
