You will work on ensuring quality and on-time production, interpreting drawings, and supporting tooling plans. The role requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5 years in composite processes, strong CAD, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years in composite manufacturing process areas.
• Strong CAD skills required.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer and internal drawings, specifications, processes and procedures; manage BOM changes and tooling plans.
• Review drawings/spec revisions; analyze producibility and startup issues.
• Lead continuous improvement; quantify ROI and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to inquiries from customers or regulators; present data to management and customers.
• Coordinate site visits and present technical data to customers and suppliers.
• Provide hands-on training and develop training materials for operations.
