Job summary

Ethos A&C, a Wencor Company, provides gas turbine and aviation engine component repair services with US and UK facilities. We seek candidates for first and second shifts to support composite and machine shop operations and related repair activities.

Responsibilities include cleaning, testing, painting, masking, and assembling parts, while following work instructions and quality documentation. FAA safety-sensitive requirements apply, and applicants must meet the company’s safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and routers.
• Experience with assembly and disassembly of parts for repair.
• Familiarity with quality documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support shop floor and cells with cleaning, quoting, washing, testing, blasting, masking, coating, screen/composite repair, painting, material handling and assembly/disassembly of parts.
• Follow all work instructions and complete quality documentation.
• Adhere to FAA safety-sensitive requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
• Maintain safety rules and good housekeeping.
