Job summary

Ethos A&C, a Wencor Company, is a trusted provider of gas turbine component repair services with a focus on fuel nozzles, turbine parts, and electrical harnesses. The role supports composite and machine shop operations and requires adherence to quality and safety standards.

You will work on shop floor tasks, documentation, and collaborative repair activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Training may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with blueprints, routers, and work instructions.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable contributing to quality documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support shop floor and cells with cleaning, quoting, washing, testing, blasting, masking, coating, screen/composite repair, painting, and assembly/disassembly of parts.
• Follow work instructions and complete quality documentation.
• Maintain safety by adhering to FAA safety regulations and avoiding impairment.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support repair activities.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and compliance with QHSE policies.
• Assist in audits and team-based tasks as needed.
