Job summary

You will work on shop floor tasks, documentation, and collaborative repair activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Training may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with blueprints, routers, and work instructions.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable contributing to quality documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support shop floor and cells with cleaning, quoting, washing, testing, blasting, masking, coating, screen/composite repair, painting, and assembly/disassembly of parts.
• Follow work instructions and complete quality documentation.
• Maintain safety by adhering to FAA safety regulations and avoiding impairment.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support repair activities.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and compliance with QHSE policies.
• Assist in audits and team-based tasks as needed.

Overview Of The Position

Primarily responsible for supporting composite and machine shop operations and other activity required to support repair with the authority to carry out all assigned tasks.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Support shop floor and individual cells by cleaning, quoting, washing, testing, blasting, masking, coating, screen/composite repair, painting, material handling and assembly and disassembly of parts for repair and other activity as required
• Follow all work instructions and complete all quality documentation as required
• Must be mentally coherent and free from the influence of drugs (either illegal or legally prescribed drugs that may cause impairment) while performing in the capacity of "safety-sensitive" duties/operations per FAA regulations
• Perform any additional tasks as required
• Ensure adherence to Safety Rules and Regulations
• Ensure high levels of housekeeping are maintained within work area
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with QHSE policy
