Job summary

Ethos A&C, a Wencor Company, seeks qualified candidates to support composite and machine shop operations, performing inspection, cleaning, coating, testing, and assembly to support repair of gas turbine components.

This safety‑sensitive role requires reading blueprints, following work instructions, and maintaining QA records in accordance with FAA regulations, with ability to work first or second shift and in a team.

Overview Of The Position

Primarily responsible for supporting composite and machine shop operations and other activity required to support repair with the authority to carry out all assigned tasks.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Support shop floor and individual cells by cleaning, quoting, washing, testing, blasting, masking, coating, screen/composite repair, painting, material handling and assembly and disassembly of parts for repair and other activity as required
• Follow all work instructions and complete all quality documentation as required
• Must be mentally coherent and free from the influence of drugs (either illegal or legally prescribed drugs that may cause impairment) while performing in the capacity of "safety-sensitive" duties/operations per FAA regulations
• Perform any additional tasks as required
• Ensure adherence to Safety Rules and Regulations
• Ensure high levels of housekeeping are maintained within work area
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with QHSE policy
