Fillauer is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Layup department, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time production. You’ll supervise ply kitting, layup, and curing teams, monitor workflows, and drive continuous improvement.

You will work with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to resolve defects, improve processes, and maintain production records. Weekend availability and coaching of shop-floor staff are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot machinery, materials, and workflow issues.
• Knowledge of safety practices and quality control standards within manufacturing.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities for ply kitting, layup, and curing team members.
• Monitor workflow progress and adjust staffing, materials, or resources to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, metrics, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to identify and resolve product defects.
