Position Overview:
The Demold Technician is responsible for safely removing composite components from molds and bagging while maintaining product integrity and quality. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, understanding baked resin removal, and following established manufacturing practices.

1 st Shift 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 2 nd Shift 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays as scheduled by leadership.
