Composite Factory in Mooresville, NC is seeking a 2nd Shift Demold Technician to safely remove composite components from molds and bags while preserving quality. Strong familiarity with hand and power tools, resin removal, and established manufacturing practices are required.

Position Overview:

The Demold Technician is responsible for safely removing composite components from molds and bagging while maintaining product integrity and quality. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, understanding baked resin removal, and following established manufacturing practices.

Hours of Operation:

1 st Shift 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 2 nd Shift 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays as scheduled by leadership.
