Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience may substitute.
• Able to read blueprints and production planning documents.
• Able to interpret strict tolerances of +/-.001 inches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Safety-conscious with ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate wire ducts, shrouds, sleeves, and hand push ducting.
• Set up and operate ultra-lightweight equipment per specs.
• Paint, vacuum bag, and cure parts as required.
• Identify part defects and correct as needed.
• Record traceability information on shop travelers.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and FOD-free work area.
• Support productivity, quality, and throughput improvements.
• Assist ME in developing new processes.
