Job summary

Arrowhead Products Corporation is seeking a Composite Associate 1 to perform fabrication of composite/non-metal components and assemblies on site in California. The role requires reading blueprints, identifying parts, and applying precise markings, cutting, and curing of materials as specified.

You will log traceability data and maintain safety and housekeeping standards on the factory floor. Qualifications include a High School Diploma and experience with composite fabrication or similar

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous composites fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and production planning documents.
• Ability to use standard manufacturing measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate composite/non-metal parts using blueprints and planning instructions.
• Perform marking, trimming, cutting, drilling, and assembly.
• Identify products and log traceability data across lines and assemblies.
• Operate curing ovens and related equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow safety standards.
• Record material usage for inventory and ensure accurate data entry.
