Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture parts and final assemblies using composite fabrication, curing and testing per instructions.
• Operate ovens, autoclaves and various shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform vacuum bagging, bonding and lay-up prep for composite structures.
• Troubleshoot processes and support maintenance and engineering for setup.
• Coordinate with supervision and training of technicians as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following SOPs.
