Job summary

Rocket Lab USA is seeking Composite Development Technicians at all levels for our Middle River, MD facility. You will contribute to the development of advanced composite processes for complex laminates and bonded joints, and perform layups and repairs on Neutron-related structures as part of a high-precision manufacturing team.

Positions range from Tech I to Senior, with responsibilities including process development, tooling setup, and integration of mechanical hardware while adhering to strict

Qualifications

• Experience in composite component R&D and repair/maintenance (military or civilian).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for assembly and repair.
• Experience working in aerospace or related manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced manufacturing processes for laminates and bonded joints.
• Advance assembly techniques for large structural components.
• Perform composite layups and repairs with strict adherence to drawings and specs.
