Textron Aviation in Wichita, KS seeks an Oven Operator Lead to manage composite bonding and curing of parts. You will follow bonding specs, read blueprints, and coordinate with production schedules to ensure quality bonding.

Required are 2 years of oven/autoclave experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; safety gear may be required. A chance to train others and lead on second shift is offered in a full-time role.

Formación

• 2 years of oven/autoclave experience required.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Blueprint reading class or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complicated autoclave and oven bonding functions.
• Work from bonding specifications, blueprints and production schedules.
• Seal autoclave and check for vacuum leaks and thermocouple issues.
• Interpret heat and pressure requirements from process sheets.
• Monitor cure cycle temperature to ensure proper bonding.
• Maintain bonding techniques and document production status.
• Train others on oven operations as needed.
