Job summary

FUJIFILM is seeking a Manager, E-Commerce Platforms to own platform administration and vendor operations across our DTC storefronts. You will manage SaaS tools, vendor relationships, and evaluate new components such as CMS, search, and marketing tools.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Analytics, Marketing, IT, Procurement, Legal, and SI partners to shape a composable commerce roadmap and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of e-commerce tech/platform administration or marketing technology experience.
• Hands-on admin experience with at least one e-commerce or marketing automation platform.
• Experience with SaaS vendors on support, renewals, or account management.
• Experience participating in software evaluations or vendor selection.
• Knowledge of APIs, data flows, and integrations; coding not required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer platform settings, access, environments, API credentials, and integrations.
• Manage licenses, seats, usage costs, and platform spend against budget.
• Coordinate vendor-driven upgrades, deprecations, and feature rollouts.
• Maintain audit-ready procedures, runbooks, and access records.
• Serve as day-to-day SaaS vendor contact for support and renewals.
• Track contracts, renewal dates, and SLAs; flag cost or risk issues early.
• Prepare renewal materials for Procurement and Legal.
• Coordinate with systems integrator partners on configuration and admin tasks, alongside Product Owners.
• Research headless/composable options; build vendor shortlists and schedule demos.
• Summarize options and trade-offs for CMS, search, and marketing tools.
• Maintain a current map of the stack: components, data flows, owners, contracts, and renewal dates.
• Act as technical admin for Klaviyo and other marketing tools; monitor data feeds.
• Work with Marketing and Analytics to ensure data flows between commerce, email, and analytics tools.
• Help launch new DTC capabilities such as personalization, loyalty, reviews, and on-site search.
• Provide input on requirements touching platform capabilities.
• Work with IT and Security on access reviews, vendor security assessments, and compliance.
